Abstract

In der Vergangenheit ist der Materialfluss meist mit der Produktion gewachsen. Mit steigender Produktindividualität erhöht sich die Anzahl der zu fertigenden Varianten in der Produktion und somit die Komplexität der Materialflüsse. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurden Möglichkeiten und Methoden zur Aufnahme und Optimierung von Materialflüssen im Zusammenhang mit hoher Variantenvielfalt untersucht.

In the past the material flow grew over time with the production. With increasing product individuality, the number of variants to be manufactured increases and hence the complexity of the material flows. Within this publication possibilities and methods for the mapping and optimization of material flows with respect to a large variety of versions has been analysed.
