dc.description.abstract This study is about structural studies of the exosome from Sulfolobus solfataricus. It includes dynamics analysis (by using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) of the complex in absence and in presence of RNA. Additional biochemical experiments (degradation assays, fluorescence anisotropy) allowed further description of the interaction exosome-RNA. en
