Inhaltszusammenfassung:

Die haploidente Stammzelltransplantation stellt für viele Patienten, denen ein HLA-identer Spender fehlt, oft die einzige Therapieoption und somit Überlebenschance dar. Die hierzu notwendige T-Zelldepletion bringt das Risiko einer verspäteten Immunrekonstitution und somit einer Anfälligkeit für schwere Infektionen mit sich.
