Schwierigkeiten bei der Organisation von Sozialtherapie : Rollen- und Autoritätsstruktur in der Modellanstalt Düren

Abstract

In der Sozialtherapeutischen Modellanstalt Düren wurden seit ihrer Inbetriebnahme am 1. September 1971 Sozialstruktur und gruppendynamische Prozesse untersucht. Hauptuntersuchungsmethode war die passiv teilnehmende Beobachtung. Die hier zugrunde liegenden Daten wurden bis zum 31. Juli 1972 gesammelt. Die Rollen- und Autoritätsstruktur war zunächst durch relative Vermischung von kustodialen und therapeutischen Rollen sowie durch hohe Mitbeteiligung aller Mitglieder der Anstalt gekennzeichnet. Diese therapeutische Orientierung der Anstalt änderte sich durch eine extern bedingte, strukturelle Verstärkung kustodialer Ziele, die zur Trennung kustodialer und therapeutischer Rollen sowie zur Zentralisierung von Autorität bei Nichttherapeuten führte.

Social structure and group dynamic processes in the Sozialtherapeutische Modellanstalt Düren were studied since the beginning of the institution 1.9.1971. The main research method was passive participant observation. Dates presented here were gathered till 31.7.1972. First the structure of roles and authority was marked by a relative melting of custodial and therapeutic roles and a high participation of all members of the institution. This therapeutic orientation of the institution was changed by a structural strengthening of custodial aims external caused which separated custodial and therapeutic roles and centralized authority in non-therapeutic personnel.
