Zur gesetzlichen Regelung des Maßregelvollzugs am Beispiel Hessens

Abstract

The author discusses the making, contents and implementation of the Hessian law of measures. The law is seen as a further infringe ment of constitutional rights. As one of the first laws of this kind the Hessian law may serve as a model for the legislative bodies of the other federal States (Länder) which increases its significance.
