This zip file contains several animations that augment my thesis "Visual Simulation of Deformable Objects". If the chapter-tree resides in the same directory as the pdf, the animations will be playable from inside the pdf (Windows only).

The wmv-files are WindowsMedia 9 encoded, and should play with MediaPlayer 9 and above on Windows and Mac OS. On Linux and other x86-Unixes for example, mplayer is able to play wmv.
